About The Position

We specialize in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom closets, home offices, garage cabinets, wall beds, and more. We’re growing and currently seeking a reliable and motivated Installation Helper to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to build a career in installation and home improvement. What You’ll Do: As an Installation Helper, you will support our experienced Installers on job sites and learn the ins and outs of the installation process. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the installation of custom closets, offices, garages, pantries, Murphy beds, and more Learning to read job paperwork and inventory all materials needed for each project Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided) Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site with guidance from lead Installers Maintaining a clean and organized work truck and job site What We’re Looking For: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Positive attitude and great customer service skills Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day Willingness to learn and grow within the company Why Join Closets by Design? Requirements

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
