Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
Experience working with large datasets and numerical analysis
Experience with business process mapping
Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret numbers, trends, and data accurately
Exceptional attention to detail and advanced mathematical skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Self-motivated, adaptable team player who can work independently
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly
High integrity when handling confidential client and customer data
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Proficiency with relational databases, including SQL and XML
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

Liaise extensively with external and internal clients
Analyze clients’ existing systems and business models
Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
Translate client requirements into detailed project briefs
Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability
Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems
Develop solutions and related product configurations
Prepare project feasibility and costing reports
Present proposals to clients
Collaborate closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Ensure project budgets are maintained and deadlines are met
Develop, oversee, and document testing schedules for complete systems
Oversee data migration during the implementation of new systems
Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
Audit data and system modules as needed
Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines
Support users with change control and system updates
Stay current with technical and industry developments
