About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable, high-growth cloud consulting company in Dallas, TX to hire an Entry-Level Implementation Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to helping businesses improve and grow through the strategic implementation of cloud computing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Experience working with large datasets and numerical analysis
  • Experience with business process mapping
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret numbers, trends, and data accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail and advanced mathematical skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable team player who can work independently
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly
  • High integrity when handling confidential client and customer data
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency with relational databases, including SQL and XML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Liaise extensively with external and internal clients
  • Analyze clients’ existing systems and business models
  • Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
  • Translate client requirements into detailed project briefs
  • Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability
  • Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems
  • Develop solutions and related product configurations
  • Prepare project feasibility and costing reports
  • Present proposals to clients
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
  • Ensure project budgets are maintained and deadlines are met
  • Develop, oversee, and document testing schedules for complete systems
  • Oversee data migration during the implementation of new systems
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
  • Audit data and system modules as needed
  • Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
  • Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines
  • Support users with change control and system updates
  • Stay current with technical and industry developments
