About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their careers who are eager to learn, build foundational skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in our Chantilly, VA office.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and 1-2 years of related administrative experience supporting Human Resources. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience directly related to federal government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process new‑hire documentation and submit completed paperwork to the Corporate office for final review and processing.
  • Support employment activities related to remote site transitions, onboarding new staff onto new or existing contracts.
  • Review onboarding documents for accuracy and completeness, providing guidance and support to site teams throughout the onboarding process.
  • Partner with site managers to coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
  • Assist with the processing of employee changes, including updates to employment status, job assignments, and related records.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Compile, maintain, and report data required by federal, state, or local regulations, as well as internal organizational reporting needs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of department goals, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to travel as required and work non‑standard hours, including weekends and holidays, to support operational needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
