Join MORryde’s Employee Services Team! MORryde is looking for a professional with the right combination of skills to fill an HR Generalist role in our fast-paced Employee Services (HR) Department . In this role your primary focus will be to add administrative support to our Training & Development and Safety teams. There are a lot of behind-the-scenes details that need maintained, tracked, and reported on to ensure we provide the best training and development opportunities to our team. The same goes for our safety initiatives, safety training, and overall compliance requirements. In this role you will help assist in those day-to-day responsibilities by recording and auditing employee department and safety training courses, initiating surveys and completing in-person meetings to gather feedback and monitor program success, and working with team members to strengthen and make our initiatives more robust. At MORryde, our Employee Services team works collaboratively. While you will have your daily area of focus to take ownership of, you must be flexible and willing to help wherever needed. This will give you a wide range of understanding of all things HR – payroll, recruiting, benefits, employee engagement, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to learn our company from the ground up and gain experience in nearly every aspect of this essential MORryde Team.
