About The Position

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our Workforce Staffing (WFS) team, focusing on centralizing and automating manual tasks essential for hiring our hourly workforce. The role involves performing daily administrative tasks, quality audits, and facilitating reporting while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Experience in human resources and data entry.
  • Strong customer service and HR support skills.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter mentality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and research effectively.
  • Capability to work with reports and data.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Understanding of files to pull in various situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish.
  • Escalate issues with processes or tools needed to complete tasks.
  • Perform quality audits of outsourced vendors.
  • Facilitate reporting and communications to the broader team, including leadership.
  • Apply good judgment to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear.
  • Drive process and product improvements on behalf of WFS and our candidates.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and centralized support services.
  • Import and export data within various software platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information.
  • Handle sensitive information, adhering to privacy regulations.
  • Utilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data.
  • Develop and maintain data management systems to ensure efficient handling of HR information.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of data management procedures and policies.
