About The Position

Client is looking for someone who is hardworking and reliable. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with something new every day. You will be working side-by-side with the current Technician's on the team. This is an entry level job opportunity. You will receive training. This is a hybrid role. Reliable transportation is required. The bulk of the day will be responding to tickets. You will be supporting users through email, chat, and in person. Expected issues: password resets in active directory, troubleshooting login issues, WiFi connectivity issues, printer support, etc.. Soft skills are very important, must be on time.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of IT experience or equivalent schooling experience (CompTIA A+ certified or Computer Science Degree)
  • Eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Responding to tickets
