This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, including managing mobile devices, imaging computers, and overseeing asset and inventory management . Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Windows computers, Microsoft Office 355, and Apple mobile devices
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated to learn new technologies quickly and stay current with industry changes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads.
  • Perform imaging and configuration for Windows desktops and laptops.
  • Support hardware, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Oversee asset management and maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, supplies, and devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to document IT-related policies, processes, and workflows.
