About The Position

Uline is seeking entry-level Finance talent for its Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Tax teams at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role offers the opportunity to build financial skills, gain knowledge of the business, learn from experienced finance professionals and leaders, and contribute to projects that affect the business. Finance employees partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to support business goals and customers. All positions are on-site.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Tax positions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data and documentation, including invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers by phone or email to assist with financial matters.
• Build successful partnerships with key internal teams and vendors.
