About The Position

GEM is hiring Entry-Level Event Managers to help support community events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives for well-known nonprofit organizations. You'll work alongside an experienced team, interact with the public, and help create successful events from start to finish. No previous event management experience is required—we'll train you!

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate and support community events and outreach campaigns
• Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional and engaging manner
• Interact with attendees and members of the community
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions
• Help set up, organize, and manage event activities
• Support fundraising and community engagement initiatives
• Communicate with team members to keep events running smoothly
• Help track campaign and event goals
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
