Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Interest in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• No experience required — full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events and promotional activations
• Assist with event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration
• Engage with attendees to deliver excellent customer service and create positive brand experiences
• Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
• Represent partner brands with a professional, polished, and approachable presence
• Contribute to post-event evaluations to help improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
