About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing and promotional company seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, brand promotions, and community engagement , working closely with experienced Event Coordinators to deliver interactive, high-impact events . This position is ideal for individuals interested in event marketing, experiential promotions, and face-to-face customer interaction .

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Support live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
• Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and registration information
• Monitor event traffic, gather feedback, and report trends to the event team
• Work closely with Event Coordinators to ensure positive guest experiences
