About The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistant. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting community events and nonprofit outreach initiatives, helping organizations connect with new supporters while developing valuable communication, teamwork, and event skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
  • Engage with attendees and introduce nonprofit initiatives
  • Provide information and answer questions about campaigns
  • Maintain a professional and positive presence at events and outreach sites
  • Support team members in meeting event and campaign goals
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions
