Requirements

Experience in event support, hospitality, or marketing is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist in executing events, ensuring all details meet client expectations
Communicate with clients to understand their goals and vision
Provide timely updates on event progress and address client questions
Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff support
Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and available on event day
Provide on-site support, including guest registration, activity oversight, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and production for seamless events
Work with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement
Compile post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success
