About The Position

We’re looking for enthusiastic Event Assistants to support day-of event operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing our clients and charitable programs. Responsibilities

  • Share information about charities, programs, and community initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of charity accomplishments, fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and on-site projects
  • Deliver presentations to new audiences at events, retail activations, and community gatherings
  • Help achieve sponsorship targets and support donor retention goals
  • Ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and on schedule
