About The Position

We’re a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an energetic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver engaging experiences that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and create memorable community events.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Assist with event setup, product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers, answering questions and guiding them through event activities
• Track event attendance, gather customer feedback, and report insights to improve campaign performance
• Help with order processing, registrations, and event logistics as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
