Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events that impress clients and attendees.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their vision and provide updates.
Help oversee logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
Manage event materials, resources, and equipment for smooth execution.
Provide on-site support during events, including registrations, activity coordination, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure seamless events.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to align all event elements.
Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to identify improvements.
Assist in compiling post-event reports and insights to measure event success.
