About The Position

We’re hiring energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Event Assistant position. No previous event, marketing, or hospitality experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, first-time job seekers, entry-level professionals, and career changers interested in event planning, event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, hospitality, and business development. As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations. Responsibilities

• Assisting with live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Engaging with customers, guests, and event attendees
• Supporting event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Representing brands and organizations in a professional manner
• Assisting with promotional, marketing, and community outreach activities
• Creating positive customer and attendee experiences
• Supporting event logistics and day-to-day event activities
