Position Overview As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you will support on-site event operations and attendee engagement while working closely with experienced event professionals. You’ll assist with logistics, customer interaction, and post-event follow-up, gaining valuable real-world experience across multiple aspects of the event industry.

Responsibilities

Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Manage event registration and attendee check-in , including distributing materials
Engage with attendees, provide information, and deliver a positive guest experience
Assist vendors, staff, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
Monitor event-day logistics and help resolve issues as they arise
Support event setup and breakdown of materials, signage, and equipment
Assist with post-event follow-up , including collecting feedback and communications
