Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support the design, development, and integration of commercial vehicle systems and components while collaborating across engineering disciplines to deliver innovative, reliable, and customer-focused transportation solutions.
Contribute to the planning and execution of vehicle, system, and component testing by utilizing instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis tools to evaluate performance, functionality, and durability.
Support validation activities that ensure vehicles and systems meet engineering requirements, performance targets, reliability expectations, and customer needs through real-world and controlled testing environments.
Support engineering operations through prototype builds, facility and proving ground activities, technical process improvements, and cross-functional coordination that enable successful product development and testing programs.
Help improve product quality and reliability by analyzing performance data, supporting root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
