About The Position

We are seeking motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented Entry Level Electricians to join our team. This role involves assisting in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in industrial and commercial environments. Ideal candidates will have approximately 3 years of experience and a foundational understanding of electrical systems, with a strong desire to grow in the field.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Basic understanding of electrical systems with a willingness to learn more about industrial electrician and commercial electrician practices
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety on construction sites
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Seasoned electrical helper
• Professional manner and appearance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-guided and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of electrical systems, including high and low voltage applications
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Work alongside experienced electricians on construction sites to gain hands-on experience
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of electrical systems and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics at a basic level
• Maintain strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork
• Show a positive attitude toward learning and applying new skills
