About The Position

Bridgers & Paxton is seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer for their Colorado Springs office. This role involves supporting Electrical design and engineering, with exposure to various systems like receptacles, lighting, power, security, and telecommunications. The engineer will develop plan layouts, details, and one-line diagrams, and will grow by developing calculations, writing specifications, cost estimating, coordinating with other consultants and team members, and client interaction. The position requires working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with mentorship from Senior Engineers. Requirements

• Four-year college degree from an accredited engineering program
• 0 to 5 years of industry experience
• Communicates well verbally, in writing, and graphically, with other engineers, clients, and code authorities
• Strong personal ambition and work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Fundamentals of Engineering certification
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other production related software
