Entry-Level Detailer - Post Production (2nd shift)
About The Position
We’re hiring for entry-level automotive roles at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. In these entry-level roles, you’ll have several positions to choose from, including Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate. The Detailer role involves washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing of vehicles. Carvana sells cars but isn’t a car dealership, promising to only sell cars that meet a high standard. To ensure cars are in first-rate condition, Carvana has built multiple vehicle Reconditioning Centers where cars are inspected, perfected, and photographed before reaching the Carvana website.
Requirements
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
