Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-organized
• Comfortable working remotely with basic computer tools (Zoom, email, data entry)
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay self-motivated
• Must be eligible to pass a background check

• Customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through scheduled virtual appointments
• Provide clear and accurate information about available programs
• Assist with completing applications and required documentation
• Answer questions and support clients throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
