Responsibilities
- Assist clients by providing clear information about available services and programs
- Respond to customer inquiries and help them better understand their coverage options
- Stay up to date on company offerings to ensure accurate and helpful support
- Review client plans and identify opportunities for more efficient, cost-effective solutions
