Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with members through both inbound and outbound phone conversations
  • Scheduling virtual meetings with individuals who request information about benefits
  • Explaining available coverage options in a clear and personalized manner
  • Helping clients complete digital applications and required forms
  • Maintaining organized and accurate records in compliance with internal processes
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
