Many of the individuals we speak with have already asked for information about supplemental benefits, meaning your conversations begin with people who are open to learning more. Because of this, there’s no door-to-door outreach or traditional cold calling. Instead, your focus will be on meeting with interested members, answering their questions, and guiding them through the options available to them. The role offers a balance of independence and structure. You’ll manage your own time and schedule while benefiting from an established system, experienced mentors, and a supportive team environment.
