About The Position
Entry-Level Commercial Roofing Estimator / Sales Representative Are you currently working in roofing and ready to take the next step in your career? MGC Roofing & Construction is an employee-owned commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof repairs, maintenance, and coating systems . We are looking for a motivated, driven individual who wants to transition into an Estimator / Sales role and grow within a company that values long-term development. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to learn the business side of roofing. We provide hands-on training to help you build the skills needed to succeed in estimating, client relationships, and project evaluation. Why MGC Roofing? Requirements
- Background in roofing or construction (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Eagerness to grow into a long-term career in commercial roofing
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads within commercial properties (apartments, hotels, warehouses, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and facility teams
- Conduct roof inspections and identify repair or maintenance opportunities
- Learn how to create take-offs, proposals, and inspection reports
- Present repair and maintenance solutions to clients
- Track activity and manage opportunities in Salesforce
