Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in or around one of these markets to join the community: Detroit, Michigan; Munster, Indiana; Las Vegas, Nevada; Southern California, including the San Diego area.
• Recent graduates and entry-level clinical research professionals who already have foundational clinical research knowledge, training, or experience and are interested in continuing to build a career in the field.
• Individuals who have recently completed a degree program and gained clinical research experience through an internship, academic research, or another hands-on setting.
• Individuals who have successfully completed a clinical research fast-track or similar structured training program designed to prepare them for entry-level clinical research work.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical research studies and participant visits under appropriate supervision.
• Assist with participant flow, including greeting participants, rooming, and preparing for study visits.
• Support data collection and clinical research documentation.
• Assist with organizing study materials, supplies, and visit documentation.
• Apply existing knowledge of clinical procedures such as vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and specimen processing, as appropriate to the role.
• Support laboratory and specimen-related workflows.
• Build upon an existing understanding of how clinical research protocols are implemented in a real-world research environment.
• Apply and further develop knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Documentation Practices, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with study participants and contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience.
• Work alongside Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, and other research professionals.
• Gain additional experience with clinical research systems, documentation platforms, and study workflows.
• Continue developing the skills and experience needed to grow within clinical research.
