About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to launch a career in event marketing, client services, and experiential marketing . You’ll support client relationships, assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, and gain hands-on experience with live events and brand activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours , including nights and weekends for events

Responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events
• Serve as a point of contact for clients under supervision, helping manage communications and expectations
• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support
• Support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records in client databases and CRM systems
• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement
• Help prepare post-event reports and follow-ups with clients
