About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in MOUNT JACKSON, VA and surrounding communities. They offer free Personal Care Aide training for those not yet certified. The company's mission is to lift up every community, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support their Care Family in meaningful work.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (unable to provide sponsorship)
- Two professional references
- Reliable transportation
- A compassionate, dependable attitude
Responsibilities
- Help with daily routines like medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals during shifts
- Keep your client's space clean and comfortable
- Notify the office of any changes with your client
