About The Position

As an Entry-Level Blast Crew Team Member, you will engage in casual laborer activities, working alongside an experienced professional team. The role involves learning all aspects of safely handling explosives, including inventorying, loading, unloading, and moving products at both the local distribution center and customer job sites. You will be a key team member, reporting to the Location Manager and Blaster In Charge, responsible for staging products in the field, performing general labor tasks around heavy equipment, and executing various physical labor duties. This includes lifting up to 50 pounds and utilizing material handling equipment, shovels, hand tools, and power tools. The position offers a Monday through Friday work schedule for individuals who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities
