About The Position
This role gives you the opportunity to work from home while helping individuals and families understand insurance and supplemental benefit options available to them. Representatives combine customer service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales. You will meet clients through Zoom rather than traveling to offices or homes.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- U.S. resident
- Computer or laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using Zoom and online systems
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license

Responsibilities
- Connecting with company-provided leads
- Scheduling and conducting virtual client appointments

- Answering client questions

- Completing applications electronically
- Following up with clients
- Maintaining accurate client information
- Participating in training and coaching sessions
