About The Position

Visual Sound is seeking an Entry Level AV Installation Technician in our Baltimore, MD office to assist our experienced technicians (both in-house and in the field) with tasks such as pulling cables, terminating ocnnectors, and installing various AV equipment including, flat-panel displays, projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, cameras, equipment racks, etc. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the Commercial Audio/Visual Integration industry. While some experience in A/V installation is a plus, it is not mandatory; we offer extensive training to help you develop your skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within our organization as you gain hands-on experience in a dynamic field. The ideal candidate will possess: A willingness to follow directions and learn from others Reliability and professionalism A proactive attitude with a desire to excel in their role Basic knowledge of hand and power tools General construction knowledge Must have a valid driver's license Must pass a background check Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Must be able to work on ladder or lift
