Position Summary Entry Level Automotive Technician performs routine maintenance and basic automotive services on customer vehicles. This role is designed to help develop the skills needed to advance into a full-service automotive technician position. We provide hands-on training and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Interest in automotive repair and technology
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an automotive shop
- Automotive trade school training
- Familiarity with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and washer fluid
- Replace air filters and cabin filters
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow manufacturer and dealership service procedures
- Communicate inspection findings with service advisors and technicians
- Assist senior technicians as needed
