This role is ideal for individuals with experience in quick lube oil changes or tire shop tire mounting, offering a clear path to success. Many former technicians have advanced into roles such as Lead Technicians, Master Technicians, Shop Foreman, and Service Management. Requirements

Experience changing oil at a quick lube or mounting tires at a tire shop is preferred.
Motivated and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

Pursue ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, repairs, and replacements, battery testing and replacement, and fluid checks and top-offs.
Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.
Use proper tools and equipment to perform services efficiently and correctly.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
Follow company training plans to build skills and pursue ASE certifications.
Assist technicians and other team members as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner.
