About The Position

We’re hiring for entry-level automotive roles at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. In these roles, you can choose from several positions including Detailer (washing, interior cleaning, exterior buffing), Lot Attendant (moving vehicles between departments), Photobooth Associate (taking photos of vehicles), and Inspection Associate (inspecting vehicles for imperfections).

Requirements

Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Nice To Haves

Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

Responsibilities

Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
Move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
Take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
Inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects
