About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Associate to join our growing team. No prior professional experience is required; internships, academic projects, volunteer experience, and extracurricular activities are valued.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Recent graduate
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data analysis, presentations, customer service, or project coordination.
Relevant degree [Healthcare, Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred]

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day activities and projects within the assigned department.
Communicate professionally with team members, customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business materials.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions.
Manage assigned tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
