About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level All-Inclusive Travel Consultant to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service and are eager to learn the travel industry. You will assist clients in planning and booking complete vacation experiences, including all-inclusive resorts, flights, and activities, with full training provided.

Requirements

• No prior travel industry experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and online tools
• Must be 18+ years of age and reside in one of the listed countries: USA, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Mexico, Costa Rica, United Kingdom, Italy, Panama, Aruba, Colombia, Barbados, Ireland, Jamaica, Spain, Honduras, Belize, Germany, France, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and recommend all-inclusive vacation packages and destinations
• Create and manage basic travel itineraries and bookings
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and travel partners
• Provide customer support for itinerary changes and travel inquiries
