About The Position

F&F Properties is seeking a motivated entry-level Administrative Assistant (Bilingual preferred) to join our Property Operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real estate, property management, leasing, and operations while working closely with experienced professionals. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. We’re looking for someone with strong comprehension skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow — not someone who already “knows it all.” This is a fast-paced role that combines in-office administrative support with part-time field work throughout the portfolio on an as-needed basis , including property visits for inspections and operational support. The position requires initiative, follow-through, and pride in doing things the right way. Must have a reliable working vehicle and valid driver’s license , as travel between properties is required. At F&F, our team members live our Core Values every day: 3D Customer Focus – Investors, Residents, and Fellow Employees. Do the right thing, plus one. Fueled by Results – Take ownership. Be solutions-oriented. Strive for best-in-class. Urgent Attention to Consistency & Detail – Accuracy matters. Do it right the first time. Do the Necessary When Necessary – We value balance, but we step up when it counts. Communicate with Purpose – Be clear, thoughtful, and intentional in all communication. If you’re smart, bilingual, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career from the ground up, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and start growing with F&F Properties.
