Join our Mortgage Operations team and play a key role in supporting the loan origination process. In this entry-level role, you’ll help ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant mortgage workflow while delivering great service to our members. What You’ll Do Assist with new loan setup, member follow-up, and document validation Index and manage documents received from members, staff, and third parties Make initial member contact and maintain clear, accurate interaction notes Update systems and track action items to keep loans moving Help resolve documentation discrepancies with mortgage staff and external partners Prepare basic production reports and review daily work queues Support team efficiency by suggesting process improvements Perform general administrative tasks (filing, faxing, copying) Take on additional duties as needed What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communication and customer service mindset Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with documents and databases
