The primary job duty will be Title processing for the vehicles sold, directly filling out MSO (New Vehicle Titles) and sending to the DMV for licensing. Writing Checks and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers) Creating Receipts / Deposits for incoming Wires and Check/Cash payments Filing Coping any paperwork necessary for back up Scanning Driving Company Car for mail pick up and DMV "Wait on Title Work" Assisting customers on phone to coordinate what is needed to license their vehicle or traded in vehicle Assists with any banking needs as requested by Controller or Office Manager Other Accounting positions may be assigned as time allows This position comes with potential growth possibilities and is a entry level position. There is no prior experience necessary, however if you do have experience it will be favorable to the possibility of hire.
