About The Position

Start your career while making a real impact in your community. We are hiring Entry-Level Account Representatives to support nonprofit outreach and fundraising campaigns for nationally recognized 501(c)(3) organizations. This is a face-to-face public engagement role where you will represent charitable causes at community events and outreach locations, helping increase awareness and donor support. No experience is required— full training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit clients at community events and outreach campaigns
Engage the public through face-to-face conversations
Educate potential donors about charitable missions and programs
Generate donations and support for nonprofit causes
Track daily performance and meet individual and team goals

Benefits

$600/week guaranteed training pay (first 2 weeks)
Uncapped commission structure (earn whichever is higher)
