About The Position

Join our team to support our Udi's and Glutino high‑quality, gluten‑free bakery operations. This is a floating position, meaning you’ll support multiple departments based on daily production needs. You will report directly to a salaried Line Lead and be part of a team of more than 350 employees across our manufacturing locations (Denver/Aurora) Schedule: 1st shift 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts Overtime as required based on production needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to: Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Stand and walk for up to 12 hours
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the bakery as production demands change

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and follow Conagra’s safety and quality programs
• Communicate potential concerns related to safety, efficiency, or operational risk
• Work on the production line performing tasks such as: Mixing or measuring dough Filling pans Baking Packaging and assembly
• Rotate through multiple positions and departments as needed
• Support team goals by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
