We are hiring! to join our high-quality Udi’s and Glutino gluten-free bakery teams in Denver/Aurora, Colorado. This role reports to a salaried Line Lead and is part of a manufacturing organization of approximately 350 employees across our locations. You will play a hands-on role in producing safe, high-quality gluten-free baked goods that consumers trust. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Advocate for and follow Conagra’s safety and quality programs Communicate potential line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or risk promptly Work on the production line performing tasks such as: Mixing or measuring dough Filling pans Baking Assembling and packaging finished products Operate machines/equipment Rotate through multiple positions within your team as needed Support a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
