We are hiring! to join our high-quality Udi’s and Glutino gluten-free bakery teams in Denver/Aurora, Colorado. This role reports to a salaried Line Lead and is part of a manufacturing organization of approximately 350 employees across our locations. You will play a hands-on role in producing safe, high-quality gluten-free baked goods that consumers trust. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Advocate for and follow Conagra’s safety and quality programs Communicate potential line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or risk promptly Work on the production line performing tasks such as: Mixing or measuring dough Filling pans Baking Assembling and packaging finished products Operate machines/equipment Rotate through multiple positions within your team as needed Support a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Ingredients Required for Your Success: High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment Machine Operator experience preferred Proficient in written and verbal English or Spanish Work Schedule 10–12-hour shifts Overtime may be required based on production needs Why Work with Us At Conagra Brands, we’re proud to make trusted foods—including Udi’s and Glutino gluten-free products—that meet the needs of today’s consumers.
