Join our team to support our Udi's and Glutino high‑quality, gluten‑free bakery operations. This is a floating position, meaning you’ll support multiple departments based on daily production needs. You will report directly to a salaried Line Lead and be part of a team of more than 350 employees across our manufacturing locations (Denver/Aurora) Schedule: 1st shift 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts Overtime as required based on production needs What You Will Do Advocate for and follow Conagra’s safety and quality programs Communicate potential concerns related to safety, efficiency, or operational risk Work on the production line performing tasks such as: Mixing or measuring dough Filling pans Baking Packaging and assembly Rotate through multiple positions and departments as needed Support team goals by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
