About The Position
Overhead Door Company of Topeka™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Entry Door Service Technicians (Experienced and Trainees!) to join our team in Topeka and surrounding areas. In this role you will service and repair a variety of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- A valid drivers license and good driving record
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfort working at heights and using a ladder
- Mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate job-related paperwork
- Operate safely and professionally on every job site
