About The Position

Multiplies is seeking an experienced Entity Compliance Specialist to join our team for the position of Entity Specialist- Compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to provide expert advice to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. In this role, you will be working closely with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. You will also be required to provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Company Secretary with 2-4 years of experience
  • Proven experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act
  • Ability to provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Good understanding of entity structuring, including holding companies, subsidiaries, and joint ventures
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to, Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act.
  • Providing expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters, including but not limited to, corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters, including but not limited to, corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance compliance knowledge and skills among employees.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
