About The Position

This is a part-time Entertainment Usher position with varied shifts. The role involves selling and distributing event tickets, verifying tickets, providing wristbands, and assisting guests with seating. The position requires providing fast and friendly service to guests.

Requirements

Must be able to handle cash and credit card purchases through POS system.
Must be customer service and team oriented.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures, hot and cold, while standing and walking for long periods of time.
Must be able to read and communicate instructions to guests verbally in English.
Ability to work in a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on the nature of the event, including extreme weather and temperatures (hot and cold).

Responsibilities

Sell and distribute event tickets from Box Office or other locations.
Verify tickets and provide appropriate wristbands for seating.
Provide assistance with seating in the proper section.
Provide information about events and properties.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, welcoming, and competent manner.
Accurately maintain billing and other required information.
Maintain Box Office organization and supplies.
Walk guests to the proper section for seating.
Provide additional assistance if necessary.
Greet guests in a genuine friendly manner.
Offer guests and team members assistance if needed.
