About The Position

The Entertainment Supervisor oversees the daily operations of entertainment programs, performances, and special events at Morgan's Wonderland. This role leads entertainment team members, ensures the successful execution of shows and events, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and guest service. The Entertainment Supervisor works closely with park leadership to deliver engaging, inclusive, and memorable experiences for all guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in entertainment, live events, theme parks, recreation, hospitality, or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must remain alert with no lapses of consciousness.
  • Continuous requirement for professional demeanor and appropriate park staff attire.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory, leadership, or team management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of live entertainment operations, including show production, event coordination, and basic audio/visual or technical theater systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of entertainment programming, special events, seasonal activations, and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee entertainment venues, productions, technical systems, equipment, costumes, and related assets to ensure quality, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate entertainment team members while supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, accessibility, operational, and risk management procedures within entertainment and event operations.
  • Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, and key metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to support park-wide initiatives, special events, and seamless guest experiences.
